1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Bloom One Foundation website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
• Donations are processed through secure payment gateway Razorpay
• You will receive a receipt via email after successful donation
• 80G tax exemption certificates will be issued upon request
• Minimum donation amount is ₹10
• Donations are in Indian Rupees (INR)

3. Campaign Creation and Management

For users creating campaigns through admin access:

• All information provided must be accurate and verifiable
• Medical documents and proof of need must be authentic
• Bloom One Foundation reserves the right to verify all campaigns
• False or misleading campaigns will be removed immediately
• Funds raised are transferred directly to verified beneficiaries

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our platform for fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bloom One Foundation and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That all campaigns will reach their funding goals
• Specific outcomes for beneficiaries
• Accuracy of user-provided content

7. Limitation of Liability

Bloom One Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your donation.

8. Fund Utilization

• Funds raised are transferred to beneficiaries after deducting payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%)
• In cases where treatment cannot proceed, funds may be reallocated with donor consent
• We maintain complete transparency in fund utilization
• Donors can request updates on fund utilization

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
